- Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the SOW; changes require written approval.
- Invoices are due as stated on the invoice; late payments may pause delivery.
- Confidentiality applies to client information and materials shared during delivery.
- Where applicable, intellectual property ownership and licenses are defined in the SOW.

Delivery Policy
- Project kickoff begins after scope confirmation and any required deposit/initial invoice payment.
- Deliverables are provided via email, shared drive, repository access, or agreed collaboration tools.
- Acceptance criteria (if applicable) are specified in the SOW; feedback cycles and sign-off are agreed per engagement.
Refund Policy
- Fixed-scope packages: if cancelled before delivery starts, refundable minus any non-recoverable costs stated in the SOW.
- Ongoing/day-based services: charges apply for time already delivered; any overpayment will be refunded.
- Where services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, refunds are generally not provided.
- To request a refund review, email hello@ozar.io with your invoice number and reason.
Cancellation Policy
- Where not specified, cancellations require written notice, and work performed up to the cancellation date is billable.
- For scheduled workshops or reserved capacity, last-minute cancellations may incur a fee if stated in the proposal.
